Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices related to People, Talent and the culture in Learning Ally. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries with leaders and teams in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of expansion and fast change by designing, coordinating, and implementing a global human resources strategy. She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate enterprise goals and strategies to the people and business strategy by focusing on the management of change and engagement for employees. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views team building and learning as being the key to an advantage in the marketplace. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and coached individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her work helped to develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals and teams. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she provides assistance to several non- profit organisations in her spare time. These include being a participant within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women to become leaders.
